Governing Board:

The Foundation has strong governing board and consultancy committee representing from different backgrounds. There are six-member committee which is executing & monitoring the programme, finance and management of the Foundation for Sustainable Development. The consultancy committee gives direction and shaping vision of the Foundation to build a sustainable life and livelihoods of all the poor and marginalised. These committee members are specialised in community development, women’s empowerment, gender equity, environment conservation, medical, finance, human rights, sustainable growth and have contributed much for the sustainable development of the people and environment.

Location of the Coordination Center:

The coordination centre of the Foundation for Sustainable Development is in J.K.Farmhouse, Veeranguppam village, about seven kilometers from Ambur town, in Vellore District, west of Chennai (171 kms) in Tamilnadu. It is located in-between Bangalore & Chennai. Ambur town is about 160 kms from Bangalore on the way to Chennai.  The center is surrounded by the coconut trees nearby Paalar River. The coordination office of the network programmes are managed by the professional people and are living inside the campus of the center. The Foundation also has its branch offices in Chengalpet as well as in Bangalore, South India.
